Accountabilities:
- Collect, review, process, and input commission statements received from various insurance providers.
- Analyze commission transactions and reconcile information against bank statements to ensure accuracy.
- Manage commission processing timelines and deadlines to support timely payments to agents.
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve commission-related issues efficiently.
- Respond to agent inquiries professionally, providing accurate information and support while handling sensitive situations with care.
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to commission activities.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure operational efficiency.
- Complete additional administrative responsibilities related to commission operations as assigned.
- Previous experience working within an IMO, insurance carrier environment, financial administration, or a related field is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and data quality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and confidence working with spreadsheets and financial data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and investigative abilities to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Reliable, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and approachable communication style when interacting by phone and email.
