Job Overview
Under general supervision, provides functional and systems support for InventoryIQ platform, contributing to development, enhancement, and stabilization of business systems that support IT Asset Management (ITAM), data integration, reporting, and process automation. The role ensures effective planning, reporting, analytics, and seamless integration across enterprise systems .
Functional Support & Enhancement
Analyze and support InventoryIQ application workflows, ensuring business continuity and system stability.
Drive enhancements aligned with asset lifecycle management, data governance, and reporting requirements.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for InventoryIQ and integrated systems.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria (JIRA-ready).
Support integration of data across multiple enterprise systems.
Ensure data consistency, quality, and reconciliation across platforms.
Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and logic gaps in InventoryIQ workflows.
Work with technical teams to resolve defects and optimize system performance.
Support development and validation of reports/dashboarding (e.g., Spotfire or analytics tools).
Ensure accurate data is available for operational reporting and decision-making.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within InventoryIQ ecosystem.
Act as a bridge between business users, technical teams, and data teams.
Provide functional guidance and support to junior analysts or team members when required.
Understand the business implications of system changes, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum value realization.
