- Manage day‑to‑day AMS operations for Oracle EBS/Oracle Cloud modules (Finance, SCM, HR, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and support quality standards.
- Oversee incident, service request, problem, and change management processes.
- Conduct weekly/monthly service review meetings with business and leadership.
- Maintain AMS dashboards, metrics, and performance reports.
📋 Project & Enhancement Management
- Lead small to medium‑scale enhancements, minor projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage requirement gathering, effort estimation, prioritization, and delivery planning.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams for design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure proper documentation (BRD, FDD, test scripts, release notes).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent certifications.
- Experience working in global, matrixed environments.
- Exposure to PMO processes and portfolio management.
