Accountabilities:

    • Act as the primary subject matter expert for the Qualia platform, supporting users with system-related questions, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
    • Configure, maintain, and optimize workflows, transaction stages, templates, and system settings to align with business and regulatory requirements.
    • Support end users through training, documentation, and ongoing guidance to improve adoption and platform proficiency.
    • Manage user roles, permissions, and data access controls to ensure system security and compliance standards are upheld.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system gaps, streamline processes, and implement scalable improvements.
    • Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, escalating when necessary, and ensuring timely resolution.
    • Create and maintain process documentation, including guides, runbooks, and best practice resources.
    • Requirements:

      • 3+ years of experience as a system administrator, super user, or power user within real estate closing, title, or escrow platforms (Qualia experience strongly preferred).
      • Strong understanding of real estate transaction workflows, closing processes, and compliance considerations.
      • Experience configuring software systems, including workflows, templates, permissions, and integrations.
      • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand system architecture, data structures, and process mapping.
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly guidance.
      • Proven ability to train and support end users in a structured and effective manner.
      • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and a focus on accuracy and compliance.
      • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across distributed teams.
      • Experience supporting system implementations or integrations is a plus.
