D. Production Documentation & Operational Planning

  • Prepare and maintain detailed Load-In and Load-Out schedules, including supplier arrival and departure times by area and by day, aligned with the overall production programme.
  • Prepare daily production reports and support the adjustment of the following day's operational schedule based on incidents, progress, and operational priorities, in coordination with the Zone Production Coordinator.
  • Maintain staff schedules, attendance records, shift plans, and break allocations for support staff, logistics crews, and runners.
