About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Sales Account Executive to own the complete B2B sales cycle—from generating new business opportunities to negotiating contracts, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.
This is a true full-cycle sales role where you’ll work directly with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers to understand their challenges, present tailored solutions, and drive measurable revenue growth.

What You’ll Own
Full-Cycle Sales
- Own the entire sales process from prospecting through deal closure.
- Generate new business through outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-up.
- Conduct discovery calls to identify client needs, goals, and challenges.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Build customized proposals aligned with customer objectives.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
- Develop trust through consultative, value-driven sales conversations.
- Maintain professional relationships throughout the sales process.
- Ensure a seamless transition to onboarding following deal closure.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Accurately manage opportunities through every sales stage.

Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in:
- B2B Sales
- Account Executive
- Business Development
- Full-Cycle Sales
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Demonstrated success closing new business and driving revenue growth.
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle independently.
