Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions for PIX-based products and services in a high-scale environment.
• Integrate microservices with internal systems and external financial or payment platforms.
• Contribute to RiskOps solutions ensuring security, reliability, and fraud prevention mechanisms.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices in software engineering and system design.
• Support the evolution and maintenance of existing systems, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver robust, distributed, and event-driven architectures.

Requirements:

• Solid experience working with PIX as a direct participant in production environments.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript with Node.js.
• Experience with MySQL, RESTful APIs, JSON, and Git workflows.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha with Sinon.
• Familiarity with Linux-based environments and backend troubleshooting.
• Experience working in high-availability, high-volume systems.
• Proactive mindset with strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS services such as SQS, SNS, S3, and DynamoDB.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design and SOLID principles.
• Experience with MongoDB and Redis.
• Understanding of OAuth and API documentation using Swagger (OpenAPI 3).
• Basic English for technical reading.
