Accountabilities:
- Install, configure, administer, maintain, and enhance Windows Middleware environments within an Infrastructure as Code framework.
- Monitor and maintain scripts, pipelines, and operational processes to ensure system stability and performance.
- Perform installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities across user and server environments.
- Support technology integration, deployment, and implementation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and evaluate the impact of technology changes.
- Diagnose incidents, determine root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of technology practices, processes, and operational workflows.
- Collaborate effectively with development, security, and operations teams to deliver reliable solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar Systems Administrator or infrastructure role.
- Experience working with Windows Middleware environments and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Strong ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and complex tasks.
