Own and execute the partner-led GTM strategy across NetSuite Japan's channel ecosystem. Develop scalable operating models that improve partner productivity, pipeline generation, and overall partner performance. Define and manage key business metrics including partner productivity, pipeline contribution, enablement progress, and ecosystem growth.
Design and implement repeatable partner engagement and enablement programs to accelerate revenue contribution and market expansion. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership teams to align partner initiatives with broader business objectives. Translate strategic priorities into measurable execution plans, establish governance and reporting cadence, and drive continuous business reviews.
Identify opportunities to expand the partner ecosystem, improve partner coverage, and increase business impact. Build strong relationships with strategic partners and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of NetSuite's channel growth strategy.
- 10+ years of experience in Go-to-Market, Channel Sales, Partner Operations, Alliances, or Ecosystem Strategy.
- Proven experience building or scaling partner-led growth models within enterprise software or SaaS organizations.
- Strong understanding of channel strategy, partner enablement, and ecosystem development.
- Experience managing KPI-driven businesses including pipeline, partner productivity, and governance.
- Demonstrated ability to develop scalable operational processes and GTM frameworks.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in cloud, SaaS, ERP, or enterprise technology environments is highly preferred.
- Business-level Japanese and English communication skills preferred.
