This role is responsible for analyzing key financial and operational metrics, developing scalable and dynamic financial models, and delivering actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making and long-term growth.In addition to core FP&A responsibilities, this position will lead the design and implementation of a structured, disciplined collections process to optimize cash flow and ensure timely client payments. The ideal candidate brings a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, strong analytical rigor, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive performance and accountability.Financial Reporting & Analysis:Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for accuracy and insights.Generate regular reporting on operational and financial KPIs, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.Conduct variance analysis including volume, mix, and margin trends to identify deviations from budgets and forecasts and propose corrective measures.Support M&A activities through financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation. Lead post-acquisition financial integration, ensuring alignment of reporting structures, processes, and performance tracking.Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies; recommend and implement internal controls where needed.Budgeting & Forecasting:Lead the annual budgeting process, working with department heads to develop realistic, data-driven budgets and ensure alignment with strategic goals.Build and maintain financial models to project cash flow, revenue, and profitability; monitor performance against these forecasts.Develop forward-looking financial scenarios that incorporate market trends, growth assumptions, and operational drivers to support executive decision-making.Business Partnering & Strategic Support:Collaborate across business segments and functions to provide financial guidance on key business decisions and...
