For more information, visit NIQ.com.Job DescriptionThe Data Operations Analyst is responsible for instructions of client deliverables, Data Cleaning, prior in Data Categorizing and data input validation focusing on specific industry/category or set of categories. To create and deliver client outputs in a correct and timely manner.Be the contact for commercial queries, leading the resolution in a client-focused and timely manner in cooperation with Client Liaison and Commercial teams. To be able to identify, investigate and coordinate the resolution of data, process, or product related queriesPlan and execute a complex daily personal workload and support to meet departmental and company schedulesAnalyze and identify gaps and areas for improvement in coding, data input validation and client instructions environments (CIP - Consumer Information Platform) and drive the convergence of processes and toolsProviding accurate and timely feedback to respective country teams, driving SOP and use of best-demonstrated practicesWorking across relevant Operations/Enablement teams to ensure delivery to client expectations and satisfactionOperate in a virtual/multi-cultural environment, liaising with stakeholders and colleagues.This role is to support Taiwan Market, therefore Traditional Chinese is required.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Admin / Statistics or any relevant subjectsFresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience in operational areas are welcome to applyExcellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while meeting deadlinesHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to workStrong logical thinking, project management skills, including task sequencing, understanding of critical paths, and problem-solvingExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Traditional Chinese (Mandatory)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with VLOOKUP, charts, spreadsheets, and tables is requiredAdditional InformationOur BenefitsFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
