We're committed to excellence in everything we do, and we're seeking talented individuals who share our passion and values to join our team.As a Paint Shop Operative (Blast / Spray) at Terex, you'll play a pivotal role in producing equipment that helps improve the lives of people around the world.What you’ll do:Working as spray painter on large Mild Steel productsPaint preparationUse of paint mixing systems – G40 and G50Working with blast, and various tools for the completion of product to the applicable specifications.To prepare parts and assemblies for shot blasting & painting to stage for finishing product, meeting defined production standards, schedules, and quality requirements.General housekeeping of areas and paintsThis above description is non-exhaustive and there may be additional duties in accordance with the role.What you’ll bring:The successful candidate needs to have relevant experience as a Blast or Spray Painter. They should have knowledge of paint preparation within a manufacturing or engineering environment. They should be hard working, a good team player with excellent communication skills and good attention to detail.  You should be willing to develop your skills on an ongoing basis.
