Accountabilities
- Own end-to-end analytical solutions, from understanding business requests and defining metrics to delivering dashboards, validating outputs, and continuously improving reporting systems
- Build, maintain, and optimize automated Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions for product, marketing, business, and regional teams
- Monitor and ensure data quality across multiple sources, identifying inconsistencies, validating logic, and ensuring accuracy and reliability of key metrics
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, working closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure consistent data interpretation
- Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches, delivering insights and actionable recommendations that support decision-making
- Analyze product and marketing performance, identifying trends, anomalies, risks, and growth opportunities across key business areas
- Evaluate traffic efficiency and business performance metrics such as ROI, LTV, conversion, retention, and funnel behavior
- Improve analytics processes, optimize dashboard performance, and contribute to scalable and efficient reporting infrastructure
- Support and mentor junior analysts by sharing best practices in SQL, Tableau, data validation, and stakeholder communication
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, BI, product analytics, marketing analytics, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau, including dashboard development, optimization, and data source management
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries, work with multiple data sources, and validate data logic
- Strong understanding of core business metrics such as ROI, LTV, conversion, retention, and funnel performance
- Proven ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions and clear, actionable insights
- Strong attention to data quality, with a focus on consistency, accuracy, and metric integrity
- Experience working with stakeholders, including requirements gathering, expectation alignment, and presenting insights
- Ability to work independently, manage end-to-end projects, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to solve ambiguous or complex business problems
- Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian for internal communication
- English level: Pre-Intermediate or higher
