As a Painter/ Carpenter, and finishes are well-maintained and visually appealing – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Able to apply protective coatings where assigned and ensure surface preparation is correct.
Able to mix paints to achieve color and consistency.
Attends to guest room and residence trouble reports.
Ensures that all brushes, trays and other work tools are cleaned after being used.
Ensures that all necessary safety precautions are taken when working on scaffolding.
Ensures cleanliness of work areas and protection of surrounding area when executing painting work.
To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned and should be multi-tasking.
To respond to changes in the (enter function) function as dictated by the industry, company or the Hotel.
