In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and optimize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives. You will leverage data, AI-enabled tools, and industry best practices to deliver scalable solutions and measurable business outcomes. Preferred Location: Bay Area, CA Responsibilities Lead business process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend scalable solutions.Partner with global stakeholders to design and implement standardized business processes.Drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution.Develop process documentation, metrics, and governance to support continuous improvement.Utilize AI and modern productivity tools to enhance analysis and decision-making.Track project progress, risks, and adoption to ensure successful outcomes.Preferred Qualifications8+ years of experience in business process management, operations, consulting, or program management.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global environment.Knowledge of continuous improvement, or project management methodologies.Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and AI-enabled productivity tools.Self-driven with strong business acumen and a passion for continuous improvement.  Qualifications Disclaimer:Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $91,400 to $187,000 per annum.
