Accountabilities
- Analyse claims trends, incident data, and safety metrics to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Design and deliver WHS engagement activities, including workshops, webinars, training sessions, and roadshows
- Support the development of safety communications, including legislative updates and risk guidance materials
- Facilitate discussions with executives, managers, and frontline teams to promote safer workplace practices
- Translate psychosocial and safety research into practical injury prevention and return-to-work initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement workplace safety and wellbeing programs
- 5+ years of experience in WHS, safety consulting, workers’ compensation, return-to-work, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and workers’ compensation frameworks
- Proven experience delivering presentations, workshops, or training sessions to diverse audiences
- Confidence engaging with executives, managers, and frontline employees across multiple industries
- Experience working in multi-site or multi-jurisdiction environments is highly regarded
- Diploma in WHS required; tertiary qualifications in safety, psychology, HR, allied health, or risk management are a plus
- Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
