About the Role

The Product Manager I will lead the execution of a product feature, own its development plan, and represent it within the Product Management team. This role involves understanding customer needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of product initiatives.

As a Product Manager I, you will lead the execution of a defined product feature, owning its development plan and delivery. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet user needs and align with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to gather requirements, understand needs, and inform product decisions
  • Lead the execution of a product roadmap for a single feature area, ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives
  • Analyze data to inform decisions, evaluate options, and recommend actions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, sales, and analytics, to prioritize features and improve customer experience
  • Contribute to go-to-market activities, training, and supporting internal stakeholders
  • Participate in process improvements and provide input to product strategy

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both business and technical audiences
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build effective relationships across teams
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • Experience in product management, business analysis, QA, or a related field
  • Experience managing projects, engaging with customers, and collaborating with technical teams
  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, or Python
  • Understanding of technology architecture and the ability to work with developers to interpret technical constraints
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
