What You Will Be Doing
•    Define and own the front-end architecture for Middle Office applications.
•    Establish UI/UX design standards, reusable component libraries, and coding guidelines.
•    Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performing Angular applications.
•    Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
•    Lead development of complex UI features using Angular (latest versions) and TypeScript.
•    Drive adoption of best practices (modular architecture, state management, lazy loading, etc.).
•    Conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and mentor development teams.
•    Collaborate with backend teams on API design and integration strategies.
•    Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
•    Ensure high-quality delivery through testing frameworks (unit, integration, E2E).
•    Identify and resolve UI bottlenecks and technical debt.
•    Work closely with Middle Office stakeholders (operations, risk, trade processing teams) to translate business requirements.
•    Partner with UX designers to deliver intuitive and efficient workflows.
•    Support cross-team initiatives including DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.
•    Evaluate and introduce modern front-end technologies and tools.
•    Drive continuous improvement in development processes and frameworks.
•    Stay updated with evolving Angular ecosystem and industry trends.
What You Bring
•    8+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3+ years in an architect or lead role.
•    Strong expertise in: 
o    Angular (v12+)
o    TypeScript
o    HTML5, CSS3, SCSS
•    Experience with: 
o    State management (NgRx, Akita or similar)
o    RxJS and reactive programming
o    RESTful APIs and microservices integration
•    Deep understanding of: 
o    Component-based architecture
o    Performance tuning and optimization
o    Cross-browser compatibility
•    Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar)
•    Familiarity with Git-based workflows
•    Exposure to testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, Cypress, Playwright)
•    Knowledge of containerization (Docker) is a plus
Domain Experience (Preferred)
•    Experience in Capital Markets, Trading, or Middle Office systems
•    Understanding of: 
o    Trade lifecycle (execution, confirmation, settlement)
o    Financial instruments (equities, derivatives, FX)
o    Risk and reconciliation processes
