Accountabilities:

    As an Enterprise Account Executive, Corporate Internal Audit, you will own the full sales cycle for an AI-driven platform designed to help organizations improve their internal audit operations. You will build strategic relationships with enterprise customers, lead complex sales processes, and collaborate across teams to deliver successful outcomes.

    • Manage a targeted portfolio of enterprise accounts and oversee the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract close.
    • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets, pipeline goals, and key sales performance metrics.
    • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, audit leaders, operational teams, and technical decision-makers.
    • Apply a consultative sales approach to understand customer challenges and position solutions as strategic business partnerships.
    • Develop and execute territory, account, and sales strategies using structured methodologies such as MEDDICC.
    • Lead discovery sessions and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
    • Coordinate with Solutions, Product, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure strong customer alignment throughout the sales process.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, pipeline visibility, and communication with internal stakeholders.
    • Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences to generate new business opportunities.
    • Travel up to 30% for customer meetings, regional events, and industry engagements.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise sales professional with a strong track record of selling complex software solutions and managing sophisticated buying processes. You should be comfortable engaging senior executives, navigating long sales cycles, and driving strategic business outcomes in a high-growth environment.

      • 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or enterprise sales professional, with a proven record of exceeding quota and closing new business.
      • Experience selling complex SaaS or technology solutions to enterprise organizations.
      • Demonstrated ability to independently manage full sales cycles, including prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing.
      • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and move complex deals forward.
      • Ability to engage effectively with executives, business leaders, practitioners, and technical teams.
      • Experience managing multi-threaded sales processes involving diverse customer stakeholders.
      • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams including Solutions, BDRs, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
      • Adaptability, resourcefulness, and motivation to build processes in a rapidly changing startup environment.
      • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
      • Experience selling into regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, audit, advisory, or assurance is a plus.
      • Experience working with corporate internal audit teams or similar functions is highly desirable.
