As a Senior Technical Account Executive, you’ll be the trusted partner for key Benelux customers, building lasting relationships while spotting opportunities to grow accounts through smart, value-driven solutions. You’ll combine commercial drive and technical expertise to turn customer needs into tailored solutions on the chargecloud OS.It’s a great opportunity for someone who thrives on ownership, connection, and impact.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key Benelux accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and driving NRR growth through proactive, value-driven engagement.
- Engage with prospects and customers to understand their existing workflows, infrastructure setups, and business objectives, and translate these insights into viable technical solutions built on the chargecloud OS.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process - including scoping, solution design, and proposal development - to help close new business opportunities in the Benelux market.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and workshops to prospects, showing how chargecloud's capabilities directly address their operational and commercial needs.
- Represent chargecloud at industry events, with CPO associations, and in the broader Benelux e-mobility ecosystem to build brand credibility and expand our network.
- Feed structured market and customer insights back to Product and HQ to continuously sharpen chargecloud's value proposition for the region.
Das bist du:
- Proven experience in technical sales, or solution consulting, ideally in SaaS, e-mobility, or a related tech-driven environment
- Strong ability to build trusted customer relationships and identify growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and value-based engagement
- Solid technical understanding with the confidence to translate customer workflows and infrastructure needs into tailored solution concepts
- Experience delivering product demos, workshops, and solution presentations that connect technical capabilities with commercial value
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent chargecloud confidently in the Benelux market and wider e-mobility ecosystem
- Flexibility to travel across the Netherlands and occasionally to our German headquarters.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
