The role will lead all technical implementation activities and provide technical knowledge transfer to customer technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & Environment SetupInstall and configure IFS Cloud environments.Configure Development, Test, UAT, Training, Production, and DR environments.Deploy application components and updates.Perform system upgrades and patching activities.Infrastructure & Database SupportCollaborate with infrastructure teams on sizing and deployment.Support Oracle database setup and administration.Configure backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.Monitor system performance and availability.Technical AdministrationManage users, permissions, and security settings.Support SSO and authentication integrations.Configure email services and technical services.Manage certificates and security configurations.Integrations SupportSupport API and middleware integrations.Troubleshoot integration issues.Assist with third-party system connectivity.Performance & TroubleshootingMonitor application and database performance.Resolve technical issues and incidents.Perform root cause analysis.Support Go-Live and hyper care activities.Documentation & Knowledge TransferPrepare technical installation documentation.Develop operational procedures and runbooks.Conduct technical training and handover sessions for customer ICT teamsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.5+ years experience administering enterprise applications.3+ years experience with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud.Experience with Oracle databases and Linux environments.Required Technical SkillsIFS Cloud installation and administrationOracle Database administrationLinux administrationApplication deploymentBackup and disaster recoveryAPI and integration troubleshootingSecurity and authentication configurationPerformance tuning and monitoringPreferred SkillsAzure or AWS cloud platformsDocker and container technologiesLoad balancing and web server configurationIdentity Management and SSOMiddleware platformsDeliverablesInstalled IFS environmentsTechnical Architecture DocumentationEnvironment Build DocumentsBackup & DR ProceduresOperational RunbooksSystem Monitoring ConfigurationTechnical Handover DocumentationKnowledge Transfer SessionsAdditional InformationWe champion flexibility and hybrid work options to support varying lifestyles and personal needs.
