Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism while providing attentive, personalized service throughout each event.
- Serving food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
- Learning event menus and service plans, and communicating effectively with the kitchen team regarding dietary restrictions and special requests.
- Monitoring guest needs and responding promptly to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
- Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining clean and organized service areas, and assisting with event setup and teardown as required.
- Preparing service stations, restocking supplies, and completing other side duties to support smooth banquet operations.
- Collaborating with fellow team members to ensure events run efficiently and according to service standards.
- Performing additional duties as assigned while contributing to a professional, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.

- Experience in banquet, restaurant, or high-volume service environments an asset
- A natural ability to connect with guests and deliver outstanding hospitality
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with both guests and team members
- Proven ability to stay composed and effective in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
- A guest-first mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences
- A polished, professional appearance and demeanor suited to upscale or formal events
- Smart Serve Certification an asset
- Valid Driver’s License an asset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-based hours
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
