We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Deal Desk to lead high-stakes commercial negotiations and drive the evolution of our deal desk function. As a Senior Manager, you will handle the most complex Enterprise deals while shaping broader pricing strategies and operational frameworks. You will act as a senior internal consultant, influencing leadership and mentoring the broader team to ensure scalability and commercial success.
Your Impact (Core Responsibilities)
  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with Senior Sales Leadership to drive commercial strategy for large-scale Enterprise businesses.
  • Complex Deal Management: Review, vet, and structure highly complex, non-standard deals, acting as an escalation point for Strategic Business Practices.
  • Process Transformation: independently scope and execute strategic projects to scale the Deal Desk function, identifying opportunities to improve deal velocity and pricing models.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead the coordination between Product, Legal, Finance, and Sales to launch new pricing models for products and bundled solutions.
  • Mentorship & Influence: Model best practices for the wider team and influence decision-making at the executive level regarding risk and commercial terms.
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience: 9-10+ years of progressive experience in Deal Desk, Pricing Strategy, Sales Finance, or Commercial Negotiations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Language Skills:Fluency (Reading, Writing, Speaking) in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is mandatory.
  • Strategic Vision: Proven track record of developing pricing strategies and navigating complex international business terms.
