Accountabilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of information security technologies, including scalable security architectures supporting cloud and AI adoption.
- Provide architecture guidance for enterprise security initiatives, system integrations, and emerging AI security solutions.
- Act as a technical leader in the design and implementation of cybersecurity controls, solutions, processes, and operational capabilities.
- Develop and maintain secure architecture frameworks, standards, and patterns for enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate throughout project lifecycles, from planning and architecture design to deployment, configuration, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and technical liaison for business teams, helping align security solutions with organizational objectives.
- Support the creation of technical documentation, build guides, and security standards while mentoring colleagues and sharing expertise.
- Identify, escalate, and help resolve security challenges while managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in cybersecurity, architecture, or related technology domains.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure security, particularly with platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.
- Proven expertise in security solution architecture, cloud security architecture, and AI security practices.
- Experience designing secure architectures for large language models (LLMs), generative AI systems, RAG pipelines, and autonomous AI agents.
- Knowledge of AI security threats, mitigation strategies, and frameworks such as OWASP Top 10 for AI.
- Understanding of threat modeling methodologies, including STRIDE.
- Experience addressing supply chain risks, secure DevOps practices, and AI-specific security challenges.
- Broad knowledge across multiple cybersecurity domains, including platform security, application security, network security, infrastructure security, data security, and identity and access management.
- Strong technical documentation skills, communication abilities, and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
- Professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across different organizational levels.
