Labcorp is recruiting an IT Systems Integration Specialist I for a team in Raritan, NJ.
Work Schedule: This is a full time, non-exempt (hourly) position assigned to a Second Shift schedule, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. EST. Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, with reasonable notice provided when possible.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Travel: 40-50% expected within 90mi range of Raritan, NJ to client sites(Company car provided or expensing of vehicle costs)
Provide first-level technical support for onsite and remote users, assisting with hardware, software, email, mobile device, and network connectivity issues.
Respond to, document, and manage support tickets, escalating complex issues to Tier 2 or Tier 3 support teams when necessary.
Support users at the Raritan facility and remote locations through in-person, phone, and remote assistance.
Set up, deploy, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, docking stations, and other end-user equipment.
Assist with the setup and basic support of conference rooms, audiovisual equipment, televisions, and telecommunications devices.
Provide walk-up support and resolve common IT issues in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Assist with new employee onboarding by preparing hardware, installing software, and setting up user accounts and system access.
Perform routine hardware replacements, upgrades, and equipment refresh activities.
Support software installations, updates, and company-wide technology rollout initiatives.
Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues, patching, and support for MDF and IDF equipment under guidance from senior IT staff.
Monitor and support UPS devices and other IT infrastructure equipment as assigned.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding IT equipment repairs, installations, and service requests.
Provide technical support for company meetings, Town Halls, and special events to ensure equipment functions properly.
Maintain accurate inventory records for IT hardware and software assets.
Follow IT security policies and procedures while helping users maintain compliance with company standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
HS Diploma
2 or more years' experience in desktop support
Preferred Qualifications:
2 or more years' experience with Active Directory
2 or more years' experience with ticketing system platforms(i.e. ServiceNow, etc...)
2 or more years' experience supporting network infrastructure and facility-based IT systems
Current or prior Labcorp experience
Additional Job Standards:
Familiarity with Meraki camera systems and conference room technologies.
Good communication skills and a high level of professionalism.

Pay Range: $21 - 26/hr
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees / certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
