The ISC Engineering mirror team is seeking a Process Engineer with experience with test equipment and data analysis.

 

The ideal candidate would have some background in test equipment design and operation, as well as some experience with software and hardware integration and programming.

•  Provide test and manufacturing support for the mirror area.

•  Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability, product health trends and drive yield improvements.

•  Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.

•  Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitate issue identification and analysis.

•  Assist development of new products.

•  Support knowledge transfer for test equipment and preventative maintenance plans to maintain factory capacity and efficient product flow.

•  Facilitate a self-driven work force culture to achieve RTY, BIQ, COPQ, and other SQDIC goals.

•  Test products & software

MUST HAVE:  

 •  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Systems, or Software

•  2+ years experience or Advanced degree in Engineering discipline

The annual base salary range for this position is $84,000 - $105,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
