Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Delight and welcome our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their breakfast experience special
• Manage reservations efficiently: Handle reservations via phone and email and maintain the booking system accurately to ensure seamless guest flow
• Present the breakfast experience: Guide guests to their tables and introduce the menu or breakfast offering in a clear and engaging way
• Stay connected with guests: Maintain attentive communication with guests throughout their stay, responding to their needs and ensuring satisfaction
• Support the service team: Provide operational support during busy periods to ensure efficient and high-quality breakfast service
• Handle administrative tasks: Take care of daily administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the breakfast service
