Office & Facilities Coordinator - Pay starting at $29.45/hr

Work Flexibility: Onsite

Shift: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

What you will do -

•    Manages scheduling and coordination of events related to general operations of assigned facilities.
•    Manage office security protocols and access
•    Order and manage kitchen and office supplies, including vendor relationships and stocking
•    Serve as the IT liaison for office-related issues (e.g., Wi-Fi outages, IT supplies, IT closet)
•    Coordinate local onboarding for new hires, including IT equipment setup and site information 
•    Assist employees with navigating benefits enrollment and LMS training

·         Serve as the main point of contact for lab vendors

·         Assist with tracking equipment maintenance and calibration schedules

·         Provide administrative support for cleanroom operations as needed

·         Coordinate participation in safety training programs facilitated through Stryker Corporate

What you need -

Required -

  • 2+ years’ of relevant experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay on top of multiple priorities and competing deadlines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Preferred -

  • Strong customer service mindset, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across departments and with external vendors

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision, using sound judgment to prioritize and problem-solve
