About the Role
We’re looking for a Full Stack Team Lead to join us at an exciting stage of growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves building products end to end, leading by example, and helping a strong team do its best work. You will combine technical execution with people leadership, working closely with engineers, product, and design to deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor an engineering team, supporting both professional growth and day-to-day execution
- Stay hands-on in the code and actively contribute to the design, development, and delivery of core product features
- Drive end-to-end development across frontend and backend systems
- Partner closely with product, design, and other stakeholders to translate business and user needs into scalable solutions
- Help define technical direction, architecture, engineering standards, and development best practices
- Improve team processes, execution, and delivery quality as the company scales
- Foster a strong engineering culture built on ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Provide professional and personal mentorship to team members, supporting their growth, development, and success
- Play a key role in shaping both the product and the engineering organization in a small, growing company
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of software development experience, with strong full-stack development capabilities
- 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams
- Proven experience as a hands-on team lead who combines technical depth with strong people leadership
- Experience building and shipping production-grade web applications
- Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, and engineering best practices
- Familiarity with AI technologies, cloud environments, and regulated frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, startup environment with changing priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A pragmatic, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Nice to Have
- Experience in digital health, healthtech, or other regulated environments
- Experience working in small, early-stage, or high-growth startups
- Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure and scalable systems
