Job Description As a Security Officer Dispatch Command in Newark, DE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Dispatch professional with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, manage access and alarm-related responses, and support timely reporting of security-related concerns. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service, relay information, and dispatch personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.Document incidents, activity reports, and/or dispatch logs with accurate details to support site procedures, communication, and follow-up on security-related matters.Coordinate responses to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations by communicating with on-site personnel, supervisors, and/or public emergency responders as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, while observing conditions, reporting unusual activity, and helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions.
