The Opportunity
Adobe is hiring its first dedicated Talent Partner for the Middle East, based in Riyadh. This is a ground-floor opportunity: you'll further develop the talent infrastructure for a region that matters increasingly to Adobe's global growth strategy.
The role is predominantly experienced hiring across Go-to-Market functions, with a secondary responsibility to establish Adobe's early careers presence in the region. You'll be close to the business, trusted as an advisor, and expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
If you thrive in ambiguity, enjoy building and developing a regional approach, and want your work to have visible impact, this is the role.
What You'll Do
Develop the foundations
- Be Adobe's first dedicated TA presence in the Middle East, continuing to shape and develop how we hire, who we hire, and how the business experiences talent acquisition in region. Define what good looks like and support building the Adobe employer brand in the Middle East
Partner with the business
- Work directly with senior leaders across functions to understand hiring needs, challenge thinking on role scope and success profiles, and translate business priorities into hiring strategy. This isn't order-taking, it's critical advisory work.
Own full-cycle recruitment
- Lead end-to-end hiring across experienced and early careers, from role scoping through to offer. Develop sourcing strategies, drive structured assessment, manage offers, and close strong candidates in a competitive market.
Establish early careers in region
- Build Adobe's university recruiting approach from the ground up. Identify the right institutional partnerships, create pipeline programmes, and design a candidate experience that makes Adobe a destination for emerging talent in the Middle East.
Raise the bar on data and process
- Maintain accurate data, track meaningful metrics, and use both to improve how we hire. Ensure compliance with local employment regulations while championing inclusive and equitable hiring practices.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Extensive experience of full-cycle recruiting, with meaningful time hiring in the Middle East market, you understand how the regional talent landscape works, not just how to post a job into it.
- Proven track record hiring across Go-to-Market functions at multiple levels, with the business acumen to advise on role design and success profiles, not just fill a brief.
- Experience working directly with senior stakeholders, running hiring strategy sessions that actually shape a search, pushing back on unrealistic briefs, and maintaining credibility when things aren't going to plan.
- A demonstrated builder mindset: you've worked in environments where the process wasn't fully defined, and you've thrived in that ambiguity rather than waited for someone else to create the structure.
- Some exposure to university recruiting or early careers hiring, partnerships, campus engagement, or graduate programmes. You don't need to have owned this end-to-end, but you'll be building it here.
- Strong sourcing, assessment, and closing skills in a competitive market, with a track record of securing candidates who had other options.
- Bring a data driven approach: you know which recruiting metrics matter, maintain clean ATS records, and can use pipeline data to have a credible conversation with a business leader about hiring risk.
- Knowledge of local employment practices and regulations in the Middle East
- Fluent in Arabic and English
