Head of People & Culture for Conscia Business Units

Conscia is seeking a dynamic Head of People & Culture to lead and execute our people strategy across Conscia Business Units covering multiple markets and disciplins. This role is crucial in fostering a collaborative and trust based culture, managing stakeholder relationships, and aligning our people initiatives with the company’s mission to secure and run digital infrastructure for our clients. This role will work closely with the COO to manage change and transformation while enhancing the overall employee experience across our business units. The role reports to the CPO.

You must have

  • Proven experience in people and culture leadership across multiple locations
  • Strong cross-country awareness and ability to work in a matrix model
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and peer P&C heads from relevant markets
  • Experience in change management and transformation initiatives
  • Ability to implement and maintain annual strategic plans (annual wheel and employee lifecycle events)
  • Passion for enhancing the employee experience and fostering a positive and highly engaged workplace culture

You will

  • Lead and drive Conscia’s people strategy across business units
  • Manage and enhance stakeholder relationships within the organization, across locations and hierarchy
  • Collaborate closely with the COO on strategic initiatives and transformation projects
  • Develop and implement change management strategies
  • Oversee the implementation of the annual strategic plan (annual wheel)
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture across all business units
  • Enhance the overall employee experience through targeted initiatives and programs
