Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: Completion of an accredited LPN program.
- Coursework/Training: Must complete required in-service annually as determined by institution/department.
- Upon hire: Alaska Licensed Practical Nurse
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: MDS may be required if cross-trained into ECF
- 1 year of LPN
