This position is located with Bonneville Power Administration, in various Transmission Field Services (TF) organizations, Transmission Services (T). A successful candidate in the Management and Program Analyst position will serve as an analyst and project manager responsible for planning, organizing, and managing projects and initiatives to assess and promote program efficiency.
As a Management and Program Analyst, you will: Plans, manages, and oversees TF initiatives under the Internal Operations organization, working with TF managers across the widely dispersed service territory, or other staff. Consults with managers and SMEs to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Serves as liaison between business units, corporate business partners, the TF Senior Management team, Transmission Leadership team and staff involved in planning and executing projects. Leads and consults with committees and working groups representing the TF organization to resolve critical problems in existing BPA programs requiring innovative solutions. Develops and presents status updates for ongoing implementation measures and metrics and subsequent internal controls metrics, including reporting to the TF Senior Management team, Transmission Leadership Team, and other BPA management and staff. Plans, organizes, supports and manages complex projects, studies, financial forecasts and analyses, including analyses of existing and proposed process improvements and efficiencies, organizational procedures, organizational structures, staffing, and administrative methods for the TF organization.
