The OpportunityAs a Responsible AI Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing advice and guidance to clients on privacy laws and data protection regulations. You will help businesses navigate the complex landscape of privacy and data protection requirements, confirming compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Working in this area, you will assist in developing privacy policies, conducting privacy impact assessments, and implementing data protection measures to safeguard personal information. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.
In this role, you will be part of our Technology Consulting network, specifically within our Cybersecurity & Privacy competency. You will leverage your skills to analyze complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will contribute to the firm's overall business strategies while developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing.
Responsibilities
- Providing strategic guidance on privacy laws and data protection regulations to clients across various industries
- Conducting privacy impact assessments and developing privacy policies to safeguard personal information
- Implementing data protection measures to confirm compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Navigating complex legal landscapes to minimize risks and maintain compliance
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Collaborating with cybersecurity teams to address data breach concerns and enhance information security
- Developing privacy program initiatives and records management policies to support regulatory compliance
- Engaging in legal document review and providing legal advice on corporate litigations and legal matters
- Building meaningful client connections and managing relationships to anticipate needs and deliver quality solutions
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
