Senior Director, Operations

Role responsibilities

The Senior Director, Operations is responsible for the overall P&L performance of patients attributed to Evergreen Nephrology and the operational performance of the Patient Engagement Services team. This role involves strategic oversight to ensure alignment, efficiency, and measurable results across both functions.

Requirements

Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in healthcare operations with a strong understanding of value-based care and experience managing clinical operations teams. A bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
