The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:$45,300.00 - $67,900.00Purpose Statement:  Supports Program Managers with tactical activities, liaising with the Customer Focus Team (CFT), Plexus functional areas and potentially junior customer representatives. Position is designed to provide increased productivity and effectiveness of the program management function.  Key Job Accountabilities:Provides administrative assistance to PMs and CFT to enable the CFT to focus on customer service and critical metrics.Executes daily tactical tasks related such as running on-time delivery (OTD) reports, WIP/backlog/revenue/shipment reports, and raw materials/finished goods shipments. Daily customer interface for POs, shipment arrangement/tracking, commitment dates on orders, customer queries and requests. May work on cNPS activities. Delivery of accurate and timely data in an independent manner.    Basic communication with customers and coordination with CFT.Additional Accountabilities:Update CFT or customer trackers, download customer data from portals/additional sites, work with NCM for customer return.FIA & NREs recovery and potentially supporting APQP.  RMA engagement in: ship arrangement, classification creation, etc. (SRV focused but may be applicable based on site structure).
