Regional Account Manager – Grand Est (France)

We are currently seeking a dynamic Regional Account Manager to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.
You will act as the key Account Manager for the Grand Est region in France, driving commercial engagement and strategic development across private-sector and regional accounts. The ideal location for this role is Strasbourg or Nancy, providing excellent access to customers, partners, and business opportunities across the territory.
As a Regional Account Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with Fortinet's sales objectives across the Grand Est region.
- Identify and grow high-value opportunities within the region, particularly across private-sector and regional key accounts.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles focused on high-value, technologically advanced solutions.
- Present Fortinet's integrated cybersecurity portfolio in ways that resonate with customer priorities and business challenges.
- Collaborate closely with internal Systems Engineering and Channel teams to ensure effective solution design, partner alignment, and customer success.
- Work with key regional partners to co-develop business opportunities and drive joint value.
- Guide the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and strategic customer presentations.
- Maintain a strong presence with customers and partners through regular travel across the Grand Est region.
- Contribute to the development of a structured territory plan that supports sustainable business growth.
We Are Looking For:
- Experience in technology sales, ideally within cybersecurity, networking, or enterprise IT.
- Strong knowledge of the Grand Est market, with established relationships across private-sector and regional accounts.
- Proven success managing complex sales engagements involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic account and territory plans with measurable objectives.
- Skilled in consultative, solution-based selling, with the ability to articulate compelling business value.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and channel partners to deliver tailored customer solutions.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following technologies: Firewall/VPN, Antivirus (AV), Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), or broader cybersecurity solutions.
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding quota while building and managing a healthy sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative, customer-focused, and results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Grand Est region.
- Preferred: Based in Strasbourg or Nancy.
