Key responsibilities

Partner with the commercial team to understand reporting needs and translate them into dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights ( SQL, Python).

Act as a key point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders (sales, operations, finance) requesting data analysis or process automation support.

Manage and optimize the CRM (Zoho CRM): modules, custom fields, workflows, assignment rules, and data quality.

Clean, validate, and normalize data (names, phone numbers, emails, geolocation) to ensure data quality across merchant/customer databases.

Present findings and recommendations to commercial leadership and other stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the department, based on evolving business needs.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or CRM-related roles.

Intermediate-to-advanced SQL skills (Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar preferred).

Experience administering a CRM (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or other).

Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data validation).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with ambiguous or incomplete data.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical, commercial-facing stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across departments.

Nice to have: basic Python, BI tools (Hex, Looker, Power BI) or exposure to fintech/retail environments with field sales operations.
