Accountabilities:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong and long-term relationships with stakeholders.
    • Oversee end-to-end project and service delivery, ensuring all commitments are met within agreed timelines and scope.
    • Track project execution against Statements of Work (SOW) and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
    • Manage scope changes through formal change control processes and maintain proper documentation.
    • Monitor SLAs/OLAs and ensure consistent achievement of service performance targets across accounts.
    • Handle budget tracking, forecasting, timesheet approvals, and monthly financial reporting activities.
    • Maintain up-to-date contract documentation, including renewals, extensions, and escalation matrices.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to manage incidents, resolve issues, and ensure service continuity.
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client engagement and service delivery insights.
    • Contribute to process improvements, operational efficiency, and adoption of new tools or AI-driven initiatives.
    • Requirements:

      • Proven experience in project management, service delivery, or client-facing operations roles.
      • Strong understanding of SLA/OLA frameworks, contract management, and financial tracking processes.
      • Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously in a structured environment.
      • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust at all levels.
      • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and execution discipline.
      • Proficiency in project management tools, reporting systems, and operational tracking platforms.
      • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and timesheet management processes.
      • Preferred: PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification (or actively pursuing one).
      • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance customer focus, cost efficiency, and delivery excellence.
      • Ability to adapt in dynamic environments and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
