This role will take place at our Fayetteville, NC facility. We are able to offer relocation assistance for qualified candidates within the United States. This is a 1st shift role (M-Th, 5/5:30am-3:30/4pm).The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing employees in the assembly of Motor Control Center products for Eaton customers. The primary objectives will be to achieve results on the High 5 metrics (safety, quality, on-time-delivery, inventory, productivity), drive employee engagement, and develop the team to continuously improve.The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year.  Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. What you’ll do: Own and drive to engineer out safety risk throughout the owned process. Assist in establishing departmental goals that are challenging targets for the High 5.Devise strategies with documented action plans to achieve targets.Provide input to forecast and hold the team accountable to the process in order to meet commitments.Determine the effect of production load and mix changes on staffing and department operations.Follow up on the progress towards targets:Improve quality assurance system by building quality into the process.Effectively deal with opportunities identified by the team to help bring about positive resolution.Drive a positive, inclusive high performance work culture through the establishment of clear expectations and accountability from and to the team.Assist in prototyping and providing feedback regarding new product development.Champion the Continuous Improvement Framework in MCC to drive High 5 results and impact Employee Morale.Tailor action planning and strategic goals to provide customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Required (Basic) Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.Three (3) years of work experience in a manufacturing leadership related role.Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
