Accountabilities:

    The Strategic Account Executive will be responsible for developing enterprise sales strategies, managing high-value accounts, and building trusted relationships with key decision-makers. The role requires strong ownership of pipeline development, customer engagement, and revenue growth initiatives.

    • Identify, develop, and close strategic enterprise opportunities across North India, focusing on sectors such as IT services, banking, public sector, corporate, and government organizations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, IT leaders, and senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and position solutions effectively.
    • Develop account plans, sales strategies, and engagement models to drive customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.
    • Manage complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through negotiation and closure, ensuring disciplined execution and accurate forecasting.
    • Create and maintain a strong, data-driven sales pipeline while consistently achieving revenue targets.
    • Present consultative solution proposals that address customer needs around digital workspace, security, endpoint management, and employee experience.
    • Collaborate with marketing, solution engineering, customer success, and partner teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
    • Work closely with channel partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies and expand market reach.
    • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer requirements to refine sales strategies.
    • Establish thought leadership through customer engagement, industry participation, and strategic business discussions.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise sales professional with a strong track record of driving large-scale software deals and managing strategic customer relationships. They should combine commercial expertise with strong communication skills and the ability to operate in complex technology environments.

      • 12+ years of experience in enterprise or strategic sales roles within the software industry.
      • Proven success selling large-scale software solutions to enterprise customers in the Indian market.
      • Strong experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
      • Deep understanding of enterprise IT environments, including areas such as virtual applications and desktops, unified endpoint management, security and compliance, identity management, and digital experience solutions.
      • Established relationships with CIOs, IT leaders, and enterprise customers across North India.
      • Experience working with channel partners and developing partner-led sales opportunities.
      • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
      • Ability to understand customer challenges and translate technology solutions into business value.
      • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
      • Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and a results-oriented approach.
      • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while managing regional customer engagements.
