Accountabilities:
- Serve as the primary client-facing marketing lead for a portfolio of university partners, ensuring strong relationships, alignment, and overall partner satisfaction.
- Develop and execute integrated, performance-driven recruitment marketing strategies aimed at increasing enrollment and improving audience engagement.
- Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, continuously optimizing based on performance data, market trends, and audience insights.
- Ensure consistent brand alignment and compliance while creating engaging, authentic, and high-impact marketing experiences for prospective students.
- Analyze dashboards and campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and refine marketing strategies in real time.
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and storytelling materials to communicate strategy, results, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with enrollment leadership, general management, creative teams, demand generation, analytics, and media partners to ensure executional excellence.
- Identify and test new channels, partnerships, and audience strategies to expand reach and improve campaign performance.
- Manage and mentor internal team members while coordinating external vendors and partners as needed.
- Leverage AI tools and modern marketing technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and campaign performance.
- 7–10+ years of marketing experience, ideally within higher education, education technology, or B2B2C environments.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing and performance-driven campaigns.
- Strong experience managing client relationships and acting as a trusted strategic advisor to senior stakeholders.
- Previous experience managing teams or direct reports is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and translate it into actionable strategy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally across creative, analytics, media, and operations teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Wrike or similar project management platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
