SR. MANAGER, PROGRAM STRATEGY AND INNOVATION

Role responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Program Strategy & Innovation will support the Chief Impact & Innovation Officer and the PSI leadership team by managing leadership rhythms, advancing strategic initiatives, and ensuring organizational performance reporting. This role acts as a critical integrator, coordinating efforts across the organization to drive execution and enhance team culture.

Requirements

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 7 years in strategy, program management, or related fields. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and experience in leading complex projects are essential.
