Accountabilities:

    • Configure, administer, and maintain Adobe Workfront environments, including dashboards, reports, templates, request queues, custom forms, workflows, and approval paths.
    • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable Workfront configurations aligned with enterprise workflow and governance standards.
    • Manage system administration tasks such as user setup, permissions, group structures, and data governance controls.
    • Support ongoing optimization of Workfront instances, identifying opportunities to improve performance, automation, and configuration efficiency.
    • Collaborate with architects, analysts, and delivery teams to define workflow models, reporting structures, and solution designs.
    • Participate in agile delivery activities including sprint planning, testing, and user acceptance support.
    • Contribute to documentation, configuration standards, and technical handoffs to ensure long-term client success.
    • Assist with light integrations and automation initiatives, including exposure to Workfront Fusion or similar tools.
    • Requirements:

      • 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring and administering Adobe Workfront in enterprise environments.
      • Strong understanding of marketing operations, creative workflows, project management, or enterprise service delivery processes.
      • Proven experience building Workfront dashboards, reports, custom forms, templates, and automation workflows.
      • Familiarity with Workfront Fusion or similar integration/automation tools is strongly preferred.
      • Working knowledge of REST APIs, system integrations, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
      • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities in complex technical environments.
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a client-facing, consultative capacity.
      • Adobe Workfront Core Developer certification is a plus.
      • Ability to operate effectively in agile, collaborative, and fast-paced delivery environments.
      • Benefits:
