Job Purpose
Support the Area Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, managing distributor operations, and driving market growth within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Manage and develop distributors to ensure effective product distribution.
Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and market coverage.
Lead and coach sales representatives and field sales teams.
Execute trade marketing and promotional activities.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
Build strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and wholesalers.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews.
Identify opportunities to increase sales, distribution, and market share.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Sales volume and value achievement.
Market share growth.
Distribution coverage and outlet productivity.
Availability of products in the market.
Distributor performance and inventory health.
Execution of promotional programs.
Collection and accounts receivable performance (if applicable).

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
Experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or trade marketing.
Strong knowledge of sales operations and channel management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools.
