Accountabilities:

    The Senior Creative Producer will own the full creative production lifecycle, from interpreting briefs to delivering final assets across multiple channels. This role requires strong creative execution, project ownership, and the ability to balance speed, quality, and strategic thinking.

    • Produce complete creative assets across multiple formats, including graphic design, video, animation, web design, and copywriting, based on established creative briefs.
    • Manage projects independently from initial brief review through final delivery while making strong creative decisions with minimal supervision.
    • Evaluate briefs, identify potential challenges, clarify requirements, and proactively address creative risks before production begins.
    • Use AI-powered creative tools to accelerate production workflows, adapt assets efficiently, and increase creative team scalability while maintaining human-led creative direction.
    • Collaborate with Creative Directors and other stakeholders to deliver polished, on-brand work with limited revision cycles.
    • Guide and support multimedia team members on repeatable production tasks while focusing on higher-impact creative challenges.
    • Partner with specialized creative contributors when projects require deeper expertise in areas such as motion, video, web, or copy.
    • Manage multiple concurrent projects, maintain timelines, and communicate priorities or capacity changes proactively.
    • Develop and share creative workflows that improve efficiency and encourage adoption of new production technologies.
    • Maintain high standards of creative quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all deliverables.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a versatile creative professional with experience producing high-quality work across multiple disciplines. You should be comfortable working independently, managing complex projects, and combining traditional creative expertise with emerging technologies.

      • 5+ years of experience in a creative production role covering multiple creative disciplines.
      • Demonstrated ability to independently execute projects across at least three areas such as graphic design, video production, motion/animation, web design, or copywriting.
      • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative breadth, quality execution, and the ability to transform briefs into final deliverables with minimal revisions.
      • Experience using AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, RunwayML, or similar platforms to enhance production workflows.
      • Strong understanding of brand systems and the ability to apply creative standards consistently across different formats and channels.
      • Experience working within an in-house creative team, agency, or brand environment is preferred.
      • Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
      • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with creative and cross-functional teams.
      • Growth mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for learning new creative approaches and technologies.
      • Bachelor’s degree in design, fine arts, multimedia, communications, or a related field is preferred.
