About the role:
Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects and services to clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role requires a strong focus on client satisfaction, relationship management, and the ability to drive project delivery excellence. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate closely with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
What this job involves:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships.
- Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
- Oversee the successful delivery of projects and services to clients in KSA.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure the right talent and skills are deployed for projects, matching client requirements.
- Optimize resource utilization to meet client needs and deliver projects efficiently.
- Manage project budgets and financials, ensuring alignment with client requirements and profitability targets.
- Review and approve project financials, tracking costs, revenues, and invoicing.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure projects and services meet or exceed client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and contractual obligations.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to maintain high delivery standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and delivery teams.
- Foster a collaborative and client-centric culture within the delivery organization.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Desired skills and experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in project delivery, client relationship management, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects and services to clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics, culture, and business practices in KSA.
Other skills and experience should include:
- Exceptional client relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory and compliance requirements in KSA is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
