Here are some of the tasks awaiting you as a Street Patroller:Actively monitor and enforce correct vehicle parking across your zone, ensuring vehicles are placed in compliant, agreed locations and never blocking footpaths, dropped kerbs, or access pointsRepark and reposition vehicles to keep them accessible, tidy, and meeting local authority requirements at all timesRide a Voi vehicle (bicycle or scooter) to patrol your zone and key hotspots efficiently and reach vehicles quicklyIdentify damaged or non-functioning vehicles, carry out minor fixes where possibleSupport safe and compliant vehicle deployment across your areaLocate and retrieve vehicles as directed by your team leadSupport major city events by managing the increased influx of vehicles, coordinating redeployment to approved zones, and keeping the area tidy and compliant throughoutWhat you’ll need to embark:Comfortable riding an e-bike across your zone; able to ride a Voi scooter if you hold a provisional or full driver's licenceGood understanding of micromobility and the urban context in which it operatesSolid knowledge of your assigned London boroughs and the ability to navigate them confidentlyAble to work efficiently across a large geographic zone and stay organised throughout your shiftCommitted to safe working practices and following processes – you understand why compliance mattersConfident raising issues, flagging violations, and escalating when something needs attentionAble to work independently as well as part of a wider teamPositive attitude and a willingness to...
