Asbestos & Environmental Services Manager

Role responsibilities

The Asbestos & Environmental Services Manager is responsible for building, growing, and optimizing environmental services across HighGround's portfolio. This role involves partnering with Brand General Managers to improve operational performance and support service-line expansion.

Requirements

Candidates should have 7+ years of operational leadership experience in relevant fields and demonstrate ownership of P&L and operational performance. Strong communication skills and experience in developing SOPs and coaching leaders are also required.
